I would rephrase the question a little bit. Depending on the item, value, possible consequences and if I want it or not I decide if I sell it.

I don't like the idea of selling it online and involving PayPal and eBay to the mix. I try to sell everything in person.

It all depends what it is. I have a few eBay accounts so spread stuff across them.
Never used Facebook so can not vouch for that. Lots of people do use it.

I'm a new SE'er, and i'm planning on using eBay to sell since i won't be se'ing stuff too expensive innit. Just hoping i don't get boxed myself 💀

my big concern is they have my bank info linked to me so fake name on there won't matter
