I did some reading on it and I read somewhere that companies like Nike adidas and Amazon prioritise customer satisfaction so if the order isn’t too big and it was a first time they’ll just give you the refund. Don’t take my word for that though but that could be why.

Claims are also approved at the rep's discretion, which Is one reason why SEs succeed when It's not warranted.
