Is there a max order $ amount that I could DNA without being asked to file a police report? Like is it $400 or $500?

I did 1.68k total. No PR needed, however it took 8 weeks to get the refund. You have to push and follow-up a lot with them.

Also, be comfortable talking on the phone and assessing the situation if you're doing above 500.

There are no hard and fast rules.

I've been asked to file a PR for a $70 Item.
