Tracking was estimated to come today or so but I have yet to receive it.

How would you prove its broken? @mothered. Don't they usually require stuff like photos?

Use Photoshop, or just do like me and keep an old, empty bottle to break when necessary Biggrin

Or just move the fragrance to some other bottle and break the original one, it's not that big of a problem either! Wink

Tracking Is usually pretty accurate on the day It Indicates the delivery. Please reply when you've received It.

I attempted a jbhifi meb and I have been told that it was impossible, the fact that the sealed apple airpods box would be empty, which was why I was refused a refund. I was told they were unable to refund due to no "fault" and that they would have known that it was empty before picking it out and sending it to me. What should I say, I am not very good over the phone under pressure. Should I attempt to contact jbhifi directly over live chat instead of the actual store?

On the grounds the fragrance cannot be viewed externally and the weight Is within the MEB's weight bracket, tell them to provide evidence that clearly demonstrates It was In the box at the time of packing.

If that fails, I have another approach that they cannot fulfil.
