I made a boxing (dryice) attempt on Ama zon.

They asked me to send the article back to Slovakia.

I've been talking to them for a few days now, but they don't want to refund at all.

Here is the last email:

I asked them for proof that the box was empty.
They want to cut the conversation. I've already used a lot of my resources, and I don't see how I can do it.

But you shouldn't write (correctly) The company name when you are posting infos abour your SEing. , of course they do social listening but i clearly don't think they will check all there mentions... Too many. BUT, AMZ is clear for everyone SO if you are a little bit paranoiac wIth that 😉

The answer was in fr, when he talks about the item, he is not talking about the GPU, but the box.

Because seen before, I ask them a picture of it.

You're simply requesting evidence of the empty box, which can be fulfilled within a minute. Have you already asked the claim be escalated?

I was very surprised by these very harsh answers. They are really trying to say "come on it's okay send the real product and that's it why are you still talking".
