As a social engineer, the first port of call when targeting a company unbeknownst to you, Is to perform your Information gathering session - "research".
Identify the carrier(s) they use, and establish how deliveries are serviced and received.

If ordered from Insta360, they use FedEx or DHL. They confirmed signature will be required. However, by experience, most of the time the delivery person will sign himself and leave it at the door (again, an assumption based on previous experience.)
I saw on trustpilot 66 reviews (82% are 1-star). They all complain about the quality of the product, the shipping service OR the customer service when they get a defective item. So they could possibly be a hassle to deal with directly.

If ordered from BHPhoto, they will use DHL, UPS or FedEx (depending on your location). Also requires a signature (but saw some posts on some forums saying driver signed off himself).
They have 288 000 reviews on trustpilot (94% is 5-star rating).
In their return policy page, they do not specify that a camera can not be returned.
Also, they will issue a refund or replacement on a defective item once they've received the defective one.

What can I do with that information now @

I’d be interested to know how this goes. Which country are you doing this from?
