Basically managed to get replacement for my laptop after like 3 weeks of back and forth from HP.AU. Laptop delivered but it was not signed by me. I don't know how the photo they took looks but it might be just the product on my front door. I had the door partially open with me inside and a guest who was leaving. Is there any way to check the photo taken by startrack? Since this happened, I was thinking I could double dip and sell both laptops.
Am I pushing it or should I just be happy with the one successful SE I have? Also unfortunately this was my actual laptop so they managed to get a hold of my acc details
