Hey, i sent the photos 2 days ago and they told me today that they would have to have it in person to advance in the claim. Not sure if i am wanting to "send" it to them cause i heard that dell don't play around.

Thats what i did, i said i gave it to the recycling center cuz it was stinking up the house, after days of back to back they still they insisted on me getting it back for pictures. So got it back and sent them some pictures and now they saying after thier little investigation that they want it in person. Im just gonna keep repeating that i dont want to post it for whatever reason. If that dont work i have a problem

If need be, request your claim be escalated and re-escalated.

If they still remain adamant on the return, box them. The laptop Is doable using dry Ice.
