With the increase I'm tempted to try another one but I have a feeling it won't be as easy as a month or so ago.

Just an update about the same address question that got asked a while back.

I attempted with a different name, different card, same address.

I just received an email saying

“ Our team has been doing an in-depth investigation on this matter and we’ve been unable to find any potential concerns linking back to the courier, Yodel.



During our investigations, we’ve also discovered a delivery being reported as “missing’ or “opened” from prior order that either you have placed or others had placed from your location.”

As such I have stated back saying I live in a shared accommodation which I do and that I am not responsible for others. I have also asked them for proof of delivery as it’s a requirement for Yodel but there was no picture at point of delivery so using this as a big arguing point.

Just wanted to inform people about the same address query, hope this helps.

UPDATE - just got a reply saying they will look into this further as they were unaware I lived in shared acccomodation.

So I have not been active on here as much recently as I have been moving house so having to deal with all that, I have been keeping on with my claim constantly though, still nowhere further.

2 months gone and it is still with a "specialized team". I update my ticket every day asking for updates and I just get ignored, the most recent contact I got from them was them saying they have been overwhelmed with claims and if I still needed assistance, I said yes yet I am still waiting to hear back from them.

I try to speak to them in live chat and they say because its with a specific team they cannot do anything or update me, overall, moving slower than a snail but hopefully I will get in eventually
