I heard Nintendo is quite the tough opponent, they're known to thrown their lawyers on anyone for just using some music on Youtube so I doubt they're gonna come help you for this matter, but it's worth a try as it doesn't involve a FTID (which they hate with a passion)

If you have the available funds you may want to consider EB from Oculus directly for a Quest 2, for me the process was incredibly simple and my refund was processed within 24 hours of my initial dispute.
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental.

They will request the Item be returned, so expect a lengthy process.

Did you tell them you disposed of the Item?

Nintendo is a very tough cookie to deal with. Almost told me they were going to involve police on a FTID i did. That method is so garbage its so stupid. Alleviated the situation claiming a mixup in parcels sent.
Hope This Helps

UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTHS...

Then you can't return what you don't have.

Make It clear to them.
