I've been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks now. Entering 7th week.

Location : Canada
Shipped : Overseas, all items in 1 package
Total : 1.6k

I got an e-mail from a rep last week saying their ''finance team'' has accepted the refund and they will send me a refund form by e-mail. Been 7+ days now since I got that e-mail from the rep.

It takes a lot of time with them. It's a huge hassle.
