When I received the notification that my replacement apple watch was delivered i wasn't home, so when I got home the replacement wasn't actually there so I contacted TOLL and it was delivered to a TOLL station nearby and was being RTS, so no double dip Sad

anyways I sent back the empty apple watch box that they requested and they told me they will process my refund when they receive the empty box AND the replacement that they sent out.. so all is good but no double dip.., will update if anything happens but looks like the SE is complete.

Not sure if I am meant to piggyback on relevant threads or creating my own, but I am trying the exact same SE. JB, Apple Watch, going for an EB.
Would it be best to call or chat?
How long should I wait before claiming EB? As in, straight after delivery or wait a day or two? Or is the time period I wait irrelevant to the success of the SE?

It's human nature to open the package when It's received, so contact them a little while later.

It's best to contact them the same day when using the EB/missing Item method.
