DNA possible 07-23-2022, 02:58 PM

Hey, I was wondering what the conditions are for a DNA. I live in a small town, so I've never actually had OTP on shipment. Courrier literally left a 2k $ macbook next to my door without even ringing the bell or calling me. Does a small town with no crime make DNA easier or harder?

Probably won't make much difference, "DNA" doesn't mean that your package has been stolen.
Which website did you use to order the MacBook from?

Definitely a plus
How long ago was the package received?
In case it's more than a few days then yes, too late to go for a DNA but you can attempt a replacement / return and reorder

You should be fine. I DNAd $1.5k laptop that took 3 calls to refund on a fresh account last year and will do another one this year. As long as you don't refund too frequently you should be fine, especially with some legit orders in between. Although, you should expect them to be more insistent with anything over $1k. It is highly unlikely that the currier visits you. The most that can happen is that they do an internal investigation and say that they couldn't track the order, and to call Amazon to sort it with them. As long as no OTP is required and they leave it by the door, then it is a free DNA refund.
