A signature Is a useless form of verification - anyone could've signed, even the carrier driver.

Obviously fake It.

I want to do DNA but have to sign the package or say a one time password when handing over.

An OTP can be circumvented, but It takes an exceptional set of manipulative skills to deceive the driver to hand over the package without the password.

For the average SE'er, disregard the DNA.

So how should I go about this saying something along the line of "I was working and when I came home there wasn't anything even if the carrier's took picture, asked around in the neighbourhood and nobody saw anything."?
And do I really need to wait 2 days before claiming DNA since he took picture?


Can I open the Xbox since I just received it or there's a way for amazon to see that I used it. I want to perform another refund method on the Microsoft store but it's only possible with an xbox

A one-off claim for nonreceipt of goods will not Impact the driver.

But At the same time don't really want to fill out a PR.

A PR Is only required to move forward with the claim.

Was the package purely left at the doorstep and photos taken thereafter?

Don't go Into anymore detail than you need to, so exclude the neighbourhood.

Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

The photos are Irrelevant.

Contact the company the day after the delivery.

It's best to use It when the claim has been well and truly finalized.
