Nike DNA help #1
Hello, i made an order from nike that costed around $370 usd, 2 shoes and a bag, the bag of which came separate from the shoes and I dont really want as much compared to the shoes. It came in yesterday and i was wondering if i can get some help with the dna. DHL left the package outside and it was not signed for also. Would this be possible either as im australian.

Got the same issue, from Australia, ordered 3 items from nike. All 3 items had different tracking numbers (i.e PEB not possible). Trying to DNA one of the packages at the moment and I think it will be unsuccessful. Been like a week and Nike still refuse to do anything, waiting for response from carrier. Might have to take the L and return

Did both packages arrive at the same timeslot?

Perfect DNA material.

Absolutely.

Your experience with DHL Is quite common In Australia. Be It In WA, Brisbane, Victoria, Adelaide, etc - all services operate similarly.

Oh right, thanks for your input. Also, would it be a better option to only dna the shoes or does it not matter if I just take the bag as well. Also, yeah both packages did come in the same timeslot.

Just to confirm It, both packages were delivered at the same time by the same driver, and each one was purely dumped at your premises.

Would that be correct? Also, did the delivery state that a signature was required?

Yeah, they were both delivered together I think as both tracking states that it they were both delivered at the same time. I was told by relatives that the driver just left it outside and did not knock or anything to get a verification/signiture.

Just say one of the package was missing (the shoes), and return the bag for any reason (you needed both packages for a present or something)

In that case, you can DNA both packages - you'll be assigned a single claim number for nonreceipt of goods.

I've currently got a Nike investigation on the same address, would that affect the outcome and should I wait till that one is over?
