Looking to SE a pair of AirPods for personal use, was considering both Apple and Amazon but it's clear that recently they've been on high alert when it comes to SEs. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for retailers. Have also heard that Currys is very tricky at the moment.

Investigations are being opened more often than not, along with PRs In many cases, but the EB/missing Item method still maintains Its high success rate.

Do you think for the case of an order where I wasn’t required to sign for the package, MEB or EB would be preferable - also, is there chance of a PR with this, or are said methods fairly smooth - will likely have to use a fairly new Amazon account though…Sad

Will the package be simply handed to you without a signature, or left unattended at your premises?

If so, the DNA Is good to go. The EB/MEB Is equally effective.

Both of the above methods tend to trigger a PR with Amazon.

Any transactions performed on the account?

My apologies for taking so long to get back to this! Items were legitimately missing from my Amazon delivery recently so I have contacted Amazon recently claiming EB, I can't imagine it would be wise to do that again in such quick succession with AirPods. I have also filed a PR within the past three months so I'd like to try and circumvent that if I can! Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

No problem at all.

Understood.

You can opt for the wrong Item received method.
