And my question is if it is a problem if I want to do DNA or EB but have to sign the package or say a one time password when handing over.
I want to get some hardware like a GPU and Motherboard.

A signature Is a useless form of verification - anyone could've signed, even the carrier driver.

Obviously fake It.

An OTP can be circumvented, but It takes an exceptional set of manipulative skills to deceive the driver to hand over the package without the password.

For the average SE'er, disregard the DNA.

I want to SE A Asus Rog rtx 3080ti and a Msi z690 carbon Motherboard.
My plan was to DNA the Motherboard and EB the GPU in a order where i order 3 things and tell them that the GPU is missing. The total weight would be 4-5 kg
