Ordered some pretty high priced items 1k-2k and had never needed signature. So in that case I dont believe its based on price, most likely based on location. Regardless, a signature does not affect the success of a DNA
how does it not when a signature proves that they devlivered it to the address to the intended household

it doesnt matter, anyone could have signed it. When you are required to sign make sure you use a fake sig.

Yes.
It must be purchased and received to claim nonreceipt of goods.

The serial number method.
Of course, a serial that's still under warranty Is also required.

Due to claiming nonreceipt of goods, the DNA often triggers a PR, regardless of whether or not the delivery Is signed for.

ive done one before a few months back and they didnt ask for a PR. it was an item that was a few hundred bucks so it wasnt cheap either.
the one i just did was $600 and it just triggered a replacement order but i wanted to just get a refund instead. so i guss it depends on buy history maybe?
