SE'd Sunglass hut yesterday for a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses (£250). Did the EB method, was just asked to sent picture of empty box and asked if I wanted a refund. No complications.

Hi, UPS was the Carrier ?
I checked the website and it is UPS …
For my home adress it is always the same driver and he always send the box in person

We're talking about an EB, not a DNA. It has nothing to do with the courier, as long as you don't talk about any tampering.

I have just ordered a pair worth £285. Will get back to you when they arrive (monday hopefully). By the way was it a fresh account and did you need to send your ID to them as thats what had to happen to me when i SE'd rayban
