Im pretty confident speaking on the phone and I presume the refund would be processed quicker through phone. Im going to talk to them and tell them that the package looked fine no damages but when I opened the box the plastic seal was removed and only the charger was inside.

I honestly wouldn't go for EB since they'll require a PR and all that but new iphone doesnt come with plastic wrap at all.

I have not made any legit and purchases and yes the refund was back when the iPhone X came out so I presume I'm banned from ordering although it is a different addy then I ordered to back then so might just be my name that's banned gonna try use different name and card. But I wanna do this Neiman order first.
