how long did the PR take for you? been a week now and still have no info about the PR. its for amazon apple product aswell

I did not have to file a police report or anything. the investigation was less than a day long

I’m in the United States as well did you just say the box came undamaged but when you opened the box there was nothing inside? Or did you say it was damaged?

I said box was undamaged but there was no shrink wrap on the phone though. When I opened box all i saw was the charger and instructions no phone was in the box

I contacted like same hour of delivery. Because realistically if you opened the box and dint see teh $1000 phone you ordered anyone would call support immedietly

hmm very hard to pick. With phone calls anything and everything you saw must be straight fire. no fucking up, no stutters, must be able to think of quick answers for unexpected questions. But if you sound professional they will definetly find your EB claim more legit than someone who takes 2-3 minutes to respond to them thru live chat. I would use live chat first to get teh claim started, then phone call a 2-3 days later to check up on the claim (Show your serious and not gonna take no for an answer) then after that phone call spam live chats like 1 time a day. and just keep pressing the matter. Thats pretty much what I did and hey it worked lol
