Yeah, that's a weird request from PP.
When I called them after filing my claim (I was worried about having picked a wrong category - I had gone for SNAD and wanted to change it to something like "refund agreed but not issued", I saw that as an option but the website was giving me an error when I tried to save the changes), the rep told me I had done everything more than right: right category (I received an empty box, that's the real problem => SNAD), tons of details and proofs provided by me...

It sounds like some type of glitch on their end.

I won the claim as soon as the time for Meta to reply run out.

Update: got my refund 1 day after reaching out to them with EB and it's on my pp wallet with no issues. I sent pictures of the outside and inside of the empty box, didn't edit the weight and it went through smoothly after an "investigation by a team of specialists".

Less than 2 weeks is great. It looks like this method still works and they're back to refunding without issues.

I can confirm that it still works, exactly as kissedmoon said, the trick is to be kind it just went through to my pp in less than one day.
Don't order extras, just the quest 2 couse 99% it will go in an extra box because ouse the box nearly fits perfect with the googles.

I was thinking if the will see something like the IP that contacted them, same WiFi, or maybe the cameras, something like that may arrive to Facebook? Or they give a shit?
