Apple Watch EB

Looking to EB an apple watch series 7 45mm from a Australian retailer but unsure which retailer would be "easiest" to deal with. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve dealt with Big W for a PS5 and they were terrible to deal with, process took 2 months for a DNA, would that just be bad luck? Should it be “easy” to eb

Yes, i have a very good account history with JBHIFI with no order issues with $859 in online purchases and $1500 in Instore purchases linked with my account

Jbhifi is requesting a photo of the back of the apple box for the SN.. “We contacted Apple and they required us to send them the serial number of your watch. Could you please send us a photo of the serial number from your watch (it should be on back of the box)?”

Does this mean apple will lock the watch?
