The rep didn't agree replacement.

I understand that, but why Is It of concern to the member In question when the rep said "please re order the Item"?

And subsequent to that, he's mentioned: "Actually, It might work If I push harder".  If a refund has been generated, there's no cause for concern.

I got the same message, and still got the replacement and the refund for the original item getting taken back by the drivers. All I did was push the rep to ship a replacement on the spot because I did not cancel the item. Sometimes you just got to put real pressure on these reps, pressure bust pipes as they say.

If need be, always push reps beyond limits - this Is a prime example of why It should be done.

So while I'm in the US I figured I'd give this a try. The order was cancelled while it was out for delivery and the package never arrived, it was returned to Amazon and I've already been refunded.

Forgot it was patched.
