update on this order, I've contacted DHL as an individual, they said matches fashion has to make a claim, then I'll get a refund or exchange item. DHL is claiming it went to right address (GPS) but they acknowledge that I did not get the item, and saying signature were not required upon receiving a package. but one thing is matches fashion takes too long to respond, or hear back with email

That's how It works.

The company opens an Investigation (claim) with the carrier, and they open their very own Investigation to check all details of the consignment. If they deem you haven't received the package, they'll approve the claim and forward payment to the company - who will use the funds to refund your account.

I just called matchesfashion to open a claim agaiin, because dhl closed it when i opened my individual claim, DHL referred that i need to make claim with shippers. But they said, shipment has been delivered to correct place, whilist i'm keep claming thT i did not receive it.
But they told me if shippers open an investigation, i should be able to get my claims approved, and get my refund . Are my arguments not valid? Or i do not know why this claim take this long.
