I called them again, tried to work something out, I was fed the same lies yet again.
Called the german line, was told the same thing, manager not available.
When pressured the rep told me the mechanical "the appropriate dep refused the refund"
I explain that I don't want the refund, just the documents and if he can't be of help to forward me to the manager.
And it was a whole circle like this.....
I filed a complaint like a Karen but it won't bring anything, they won't even answer.....

Idk what to do....
