Amazon DNA help please #1
Hi, this is my very first time attempting SE, and I am preparing to do it on an Amazon order that is arriving tomorrow. It has 3 items for a total of $240. There are two shipments, because I guess one box can only fit two of the items, and the third item needs to be shipped separately. They are both arriving tomorrow though. I have had my account for a long time with lots of purchases, and the last refund was legitimate and was  during 2020.  I think that attempting the dna method would be best in this situation due to my lack of experience. They always take a photo of the packages in front of my porch to show proof of delivery, so I can only pretend that the packages were "stolen" I think. I have heard that I should try to get on amazon live chat around 10 a.m. in indian time, because they are easier, but I am not sure.  This means that the best time for me would be at around 11 p.m. CST on Wednesday for the chat. Does my plan sound okay, and do you guys have any advice that could aid me in completing my first SE attempt? I think that I may have a solid story, but some examples of excuses would be amazing.  I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply! And no, one package said that it would arrive by 8 pm tomorrow, and the other by 10 pm. I was thinking that I could just leave the first package there and when they take the photo of the second package when it arrives, the first one would be in the photo as well. Then, I can say that I wasn't home or something. Would this be okay?

How do you know for sure that both packages would be Included In the photo?

That's a fair point. To be honest, I am just assuming that they will be since my front porch is very small, but it is possible that they both won't be in the same photo. Do you have any suggestions if they aren't? Also, if they are both in one photo, then I can make a decent excuse right?

Given there'd be no evidence that both packages were sitting at your front porch In your absence, to play It safe, hit the DNA on just the one package.

Correct.

As you've said, you were not home at the time of delivery.

I just have one more question if you don't mind. If the two packages arrive at around the same time, and they aren't both in one photo. What excuse should I make for just the one package? If I say that I wasn't home for the delivery, and only one package was found, would that be suspicious, or should I make up another story since it seems weird that someone just took one and not both of the packages?

If both packages arrive at the exact same time and dropped off by obviously the very same driver, you can claim the DNA on both, regardless of whether they're Included In the photo.
