anyone know any method which would work for farfetch? I'm looking to buy a belt (guessing it weighs 500-800g) and it would be a fresh account with a cheap order. I'm from the UK.

Farfetch Is not responsible for loss of goods In transit, hence the DNA Is out of the question.

The wrong Item received Is obviously a good option.

What's the precise weight of the belt Itself?

I haven’t ordered it yet so I can’t say. I was thinking of EB as it seems light. Wrong item would work but I’d need to a drop address plus an item which weighs similar to the belt. Do you know a way to find out a weight of an item without weighing it yourself since I’ll need to find an item that weighs the same weight or close to the belts weight

Check If the same belt Is listed on Amazon.

Checked eBay and Amazon. Couldn’t find the weight. Just for future reference, where would it say how much the item would weigh?

In terms of Amazon, under "Product Information".

Contact Farfetch (obviously anonymously), and tell them you're looking to purchase the belt and send It as a gift to a long distance friend.

Then, for cost of freight on your end, ask them the weight of the belt.

The weight must first be established.

Also, how Is the belt packaged?

Surely that very much depends on the country they are ordering in?
Given the user has stated he is in the UK, he is totally covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which will place the onus onto Farfetch.
However, the courier is likely to be more of a problem if a DNA approach was considered. I believe Farfetch use both DHL and UPS.

I've seen Farfetch success with EB but the most complete method would be to utilise a service which provides advanced DHL FTID which marks the status as lost in transit or otherwise. It's near impossible for Farfetch to counter such an approach.

Do you by chance know an advanced DHL FTID method which can be utilised?
