Hello, i am looking to refund Nike Air Max 270’s from the official nike website (AU) item weighs around 250-300g what would be the best approach to refund this? as i’ve heard nike is quite “easy” to refund. Account is approx 1-1.5 years old with no online purchases however do have 2-3 instore purchases if that makes any difference

Okay so i need to find another item on the Nike website that weighs roughly the same weight and obviously the cheapest i can find and buy it on another account to another address. would it be possible if i go into a nike outlet and find something cheap there that weighs the same as a shoe and say i received that? the only thing is it not sure if i will find anything “cheap” that weighs the same as a shoe online..

I haven't checked Nike's stock, but If you're having problems locating the wrong Item, SEs have succeeded (with Nike) by sending a similar/random pair of trainers. However, It Is susceptible to failure.

Okay i have just received tracking information and it is being delivered by DHL express which i have never initiated anything or refunded them. Atm it is sign for delivery but i have the option to leave in a safe place, should i do so as they state “I hereby accept the DHL Terms and Conditions and authorise DHL to deliver my shipment as specified. I release DHL and my Shipper from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering the shipment according to my request.”. I believe i should go with the DNA but should i allow them to leave it in a safe space or not?
