You’ve helped me in another thread Ref my apple difficulties, not really sure why I mentioned it in this thread also, guess just to say 1 SE worked and the other is work in progress

Method wise it’s pretty much explained further back in the thread, Wrong item delivered.
Informed Amazon that the wrong item was delivered and they told me to return the wrong item then I had to wait 14 days from return before being refunded.
