I just received this email form their customer support team. Is this bad? Why are they mentioning a "specialist"?

Same for me, everything approved, I also have the confirmation email and a credit note, but they actually never sent the money. Will use it to chargeback, as I have all the proofs for approval

Under the circumstances, I cannot see a chargeback failing.
