I tried to do this and here's how it's going so far:
- Sent a complaint via form saying that my husband was affected
- They got back to me apologising and asking to call to a number from 9am to 5pm to make my husband and I answer a questionnaire, to provide a receipt and to tell them the product's reference number
- I replied I cannot call on that schedule because I'm working all day covering vacation days for the rest of the staff so I'll only be able to call from 8pm onwards and that my husband is working away from home at the moment. Also, that I already threw out the product due to safety concerns. I also said I'm not too good at tech stuff so I'll ask my husband via text if he can teach me how to send a receipt.
- They said that I need to at least provide them a receipt (I'm working on it), to call them and to provide a bank account number (PP isn't that common in my country but I still feel uncomfortable about not using Paypal).

The receipt part is easy and I'm ok with calling them saying it needs to be quick because I'm in the middle of a shift, but I'm scared they'll ask me something I don't know the answer to / get anxious during the call. Any suggestions on how to prepare?

Don't worry, all they want to know is the blades' SN (tell them you tossed them away like you always do with your blades) and infos about your health (just describe some issues you had with the blades . you cut yourself way too often, with some cuts being quite deep and nasty...). Provide them with a receipt and you'll soon be enjoying some free money.

That sounds like a lot of work for €30-40. I’d rather SE something big and get a huge chunk instead. But free money is free money at the end of the day.
