CAN THEY REBILL YOU? Yes!
Will they? Only time will tell, but from my own experience(never happened with me) i dont think they will CHARGE YOU AGAIN!
Return in progress/transit will remain that way forever: Untill or Unless the warehouse return's processing associate or someone at their end marks it return received/completed; THEN ONLY IT WILL CHANGE ITS STATUS to RETURN COMPLETE(You'll get an email confirming the same).
But since you already have got your refund so no worries!

Wait I was going to get this method. Can’t Believe they opened the box??? Did it deffo weigh the same? Surely they’d have no reason to open it if it weighted the same and looked sealed? Making me think twice about doing it now
Was it sold and dispatched with Amazon? Or was it a third party

I don`t know if they have opened the box. The weight was the same and phone box was sealed like factory. Shipping box wasn`t in very good shape... But in the end it looks like my order have been lost. It was sold and dispatched by amz. Really for me among the traditional se methods this one i preffer the least because it`s not much se involved and you just wait almost a month to see if you were lucky.
