The contractual agreement is between myself and Apple. Yet they’re citing the courier - I told them the courier is irrelevant as the contracting party is myself and Apple.

Did you try threatening them with a police report against them for fraud? I know they're big and filled with lawyers, but it would still show you're quite pissed at them

As per your comment below, the police refused to provide the report thereby explicitly asked Apple to contact them, correct?

Cops told me that they should contact them citing report number.

Got the email for the refund this morning. Took like a few days back and forth. Once you view the other thread it should explain better. You also have to call them and act genuinely upset and firm that they keep going around in circles saying that “you went to the police station and ask for a physical copy to be sent off and signed by the police chief but they said that it would cost 75 pounds”. This and repeatedly responding to the emails saying the same thing as on the phone should make them give up.

Did anyone ever try this with a macbook? Any results? I just hit them with a successful EB for a phone, I wanted to get greedy and do a macbook instead but not sure it would have worked. Their weight cross checking has been non-existent in the past few weeks so I thought it may be possible.
