I called apple today about the EB and said how the charger and guide was in the box but not the phone. The rep ended up doing an investigation. Am i fucked or no. I did bring up what happened to me previously (read my previous thread) and she did sound sincere but still an investigation is going on. I have not turned on the phone yet

Why are you worried, an investigation is obviously needed but it doesn't mean they're gonna call the cops to investigate a crime scene
It's just a matter of them calling left and right, couriers and warehouse workers likely, to see if someone noticed anything wrong or something
