@SnipersPromise Keep pestering them with the PR number and tell them to contact the police if they want to see the copy as you do not have a spare 100 pounds to throw away.

It is not in your interest to be purchasing expensive documents for Apple's investigation because your product didn't arrive. Pretty ridiculous for Apple to ask for that.

This is what I did with apple last week and it worked. I just provided PR no. and said get into contact with them as they can't provide me with the actual document.

Anyone successfully been able to get a refund from apple EB when they ask for a police report as of late? I just got off the phone with them and they said that they are opening an investigation with the store and the carrier. They also asked for a 6 photos of the box and packaging and a police report. Told me it will take around 5-8 days. Did a pair of Airpods Max for anyone wondering.

Similar situation. Process is very tedious.

I'm in the UK. I sent all the info and they're asking for a hard copy that is stamped and signed. Gna need some help with this. Idk how on earth everyone else is getting away with iPhones when I cant even get past a police report for 500 pound headphones.

Did they ask you for a hardcopy signed PR? I'll tell them what you suggested hopefully it works.

Apple stated other police do it via email, and I pointed out that may well be the case, however my police do not. I stated it isn’t difficult to comprehend different jurisdictions, funnily enough have different police forces.

It's simply a matter of common sense, however Apple fail to exercise It.
