After further contact with Intel they agreed that I am in warranty with my proof of purchase but can't replace the cpu so will have to refund me around the 400 mark

They have sent me further stuff with western union for an international refund but he is now asking me for all my details so they can send someone around to pick up the dead CPU... I don't know if I'll get the refund before or after the CPU is meant to be picked up I will let you know when I get more info

On the grounds you haven't provided your personal details, are you using a drop for the pickup?

i used my name and address... because i boxed Samsung repair i cant even get onto my account as my phone is switch off and i dont know my banking details haha i havent replied to his email yet i just filled in the details for the repayment
