Take a breather from  Gillette. Go to: https://tide.com/en-us/contact-us
Click chat. chat Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm EST (you can email too, I always found chat to be faster)
Pick a product and have a receipt ready, Amazon should work fine. I'd keep it in the 50-100 range.
It's best to provide the POP in chat and they'll get back to you.
Even if you're in Canada, use that site, they'll ask you where you're located and etc...
Here in Canada they'll send you a prepaid gift card that says Tide with your name on it.
Enjoy
Oh and if you hit up Gillette, might be worth using another email for this one because sometimes they do cross-check, as  they're both P&G brands.

Edit: They ended up sending me a letter about multiple prepaid cards sent out.

Thanks for sharing ! What kind of problem do you mention to be refunded?

[Turbando]

What kind of problem would you have with tide tho? Your kid eating the pods?

Boys, the fun part of any SE is the actual trial and error, if someone always tells you exactly what to do, what's the point.

Spoiler:

I usually go with pods

Be creative.

I can think of 10 reasons off the top of my head.
