I did an order of ~$500, and waited two weeks and they've only issued a refund for the item on the top of the box, which was about $50. The rest they said "didn't pass inspection" and were "entirely different nike items" . They told me they're sending the stuff back to me and I'm only getting refunded for the one item.
What gives? I follow the post exactly, does this method not work anymore? Did they tighten up their return inspection policy? What should I do here

Where are you based? Security seems to have tightened up. Don’t forget this post is near a year old and he also mentions that it was a 3rd party returns company sorting the items. Did you research who handles the returns where you are? This could be a massive factor if returns are going direct to Nike warehouse as they’ll have some wits about them and more knowledge of the products.

I'm in the US, and no, I didn't do much research about who handles the returns. Guess I'll take this as a lesson learned.

OP was in Canada man so maybe it’s a complete different way they handle returns in US. I know it is in the UK too so haven’t bothered with this method. Every days a school day man
