Just had an Iphone 13 pro delivered by Apple and they left it outside. I plan to DNA but i now want to double dip by asking for a replacement. What would be the best method for double dipping?

Same as for a normal refund. When claiming the box didn't arrive, ask for a replacement instead a refund.
Also, what you are referring to is not Double Dipping. Double Dipping is, when you SE the comany two times. In your case, your iPhone 13 Pro order that you claim DNA and than the replacement again (e.g. Empty Box).
So I should attempt empty box for the second one??
Surely using DNA and the EB method on 2 separate parcels would be 2 SE's, therefore double dipping?

Apple tends to release themselves from liability, thereby asks you to deal directly with the carrier - which at times can be an arduous and lengthy process.
It's not always the case, but do keep It In mind as a probability.
If you request a replacement though surely they would be more willing to accept?

If you want to double dip, claiming EB on the replacement could work currently. It's too heavy actually but Apple doens't cross-check the weigh with the carriers when claiming EB currently.
Can Apple not see previous conversations and notes and work out that it is a replacement and be suspicious?

Be It a replacement or a refund Is Immaterial.
What's of relevance, Is whether or not they accept liability for the lost shipment due to claiming nonreceipt of goods.
Read their terms they will do an investigation on your behalf with the delivery company and decide whether to provide refund or replacement. but with pressure they can provide instant replacement. Like for mine he said it was left in the porch, I have no porch. My safe place that is registered is with my neighbour and it was left by the bin .
