There are no hard and fast rules.

It may be Immediate, or after a few weeks of the claim being finalized.

i think i am safe then tbh, i have noticed some emails say you dont need to return the items to us, and others dont so maybe this is how to tell if its going to be blacklisted or not

Claims are assessed either at the rep's discretion, or by complying with company protocol. In this case, the former Is a non-return, and the latter Is a return.

As such, It's difficult to ascertain a blacklist based on whether or not a return Is requested.
