3. Upload photos of IMEI either back of the phone or on screen ( most people put this on adds anyway)

5. Confirm everything and get conformation of your fee ear buds

Not yet it can take a while because when I done this legit on a Huawei it took a couple of weeks buts it's free so worth the wait

I just use foxit pdf editor and edit an original invoice from amazon

They asked me for screenshot from the device itself, I guess this attempt is done since I can't contact the seller on ebay either

How long is it taking to review your claim? I submitted mine at 6am not got back to me yet
