So, today I'm getting the Apple Pencil I want refunded using EB, I'm gonna call amazon and I'm going to take pics of the sealed box and shit so they can't say someone tampered with it before it got to me, I have one question tho, should I say the amazon box was empty and maybe trigger an investigation on their end (?) or say the apple pencil box itself was empty?

I'd got with MEB rather than EB, so the fault is all on Apple rather than the courier, should be an easier option

As stated above, hit the MEB, It has a high success rate against Amazon.

The Apple Pencil Is only 21 grams, so there's no cause for concern If the weight Is cross-checked through an Investigation.

If It was tampered with before It arrived to your address, It will work to your advantage - you only received an empty box, which Is no fault of your own.

Update: Got the Apple Pencil and I've filled a form saying the box from Apple was empty, I wanted to call them but since its from amazon.es they're call support is only in spanish and they don't have live chat...

It was just the email me thing, i filled it saying it was missing and got an email a bit after saying they handed my complaint to the respective team and that in 48 hours I should know the outcome.

I didn't sign anything, maybe I didn't explain myself right, but when you choose to contact them via email there's a small box to briefly describe your issue, thats what I filled.
