I don't know how common this is, but it has happened to me twice already, so I thought I'd share.

Uber Eats seems to requiere OTP now for new accounts, meaning that DNA is out of the table.

Also just wanna add a funny development, but I got a full refund automatically by selecting in the app that the items in the order were missing.
Didn't even need to talk to a rep.

Make sure to use "leave at door"; other options trigger otp

As said here… this was probably the first time I’ve changed leave at door to meet at door, not realising that this would happen. Didn’t have any intentions of DNA anyway but had the prompt to give an OTP to the driver, no way round it either as he wouldn’t give the order until the code was provided as he had to input it on his phone.

DNA probably affects drivers so it would be better if you use other method altogether
