Hello,
I want to make a refund on a PS5 game on Amazon FR.
I tried the "not the product in the package" but it did not work.
So the only solution is to send the game back... so I was thinking of doing a FTIP but I can't find a good method ... could you please help me ?

I had the empty box method. It was 64€ but it didn't go through because they told me that there was a normal weight when I sent it.

so my only way is to do an FTIP.
I've looked at a few ebooks but I'm not sure about me.
The return is done with a Colissimo voucher

There's no way they would've known if the DVD was in the box, they played you and you gave up, that's how they stop scammers nowadays
