Is this the email you received too and had no problems getting your refund? This is what I received which had me a bit worried because I know if there is any kind of involvement from courier, like @mothered said above it is destined to fail due to the package weight of course.

Just received mine from UPS. Rang my door, asked for my name when I came down and gave it to me but I didn't have to sign anything. Should I DNA it? If they investigate they'll probably get the driver to come back to my door and talk to me won't they? I was expecting another delivery driver otherwise I'd have gone down with a mask and a hoodie or something 🤦‍♂️

UPS often come back to property to speak to you, they might send a different driver though, or they might simply not recognise you.

Yeah I had to do a follow up and they processed the refund.

It's clearly a generic script then... my agent was different but I won't state name here just incase... Maybe it's a scare tactic or maybe they have been rinsed and now they are investigating who knows 🤣
