disposed of faulty item seems kinda hard to pull of aswell, taking into account amazon being way stricter in customer support than in the past.
wrong item received could be a possibility, but id need to get sth of equal weight, that they have in their sortiment. I wonder

I tried the disposed of faulty item SE with Amazon on a ~$350 item. No matter how I escalated or plead my case, they refused to move forward with it, and told me I would need to obtain the product out of the trash in order to mail it back to them. I adamantly tried at least 10 reps before giving up. Usually, they're so easy to just DNA or wrong item, so I'm assuming those methods are better.

nearly got the delivery guy to forget the code but sadly my neighbors opened the door again. DNA is off the table now. SB aswell, as the new samung stickers are a pain to get off without any sign of tampering. also cant find anywhere to buy them. wrong item delivered funnily enough the book i ordered ways just as much as the s8 and its box, but sadly i bought it on the same account + its not delivered by amazon themselves.
sooooo should i find something that they have in their warehouse with the same weight or any other successful methods? in the worst case ill have to FTID and rely purely on luck

also the outside of the packet was damaged (small hole and weird tampering on the amazon prime sealing).
made some pictures before opening it.
maybe I could do sth with this aswell.
any advice is welcome, i can send the pictures aswell per dm if anyone wants to help me out

ok in the end i legit returned it now, as my plan to somehow get the delivery driver to forget the password got interrupted by my good neighbours. good try but i wont waste my 3 year prime account standing for such a non-confident SE.
