Good morning, first of all i'm so sorry for my english.

I would like to have some help before placing an order to SE an item.
The item I selected is a metal digital watch, the cost is about 600 euros from amazon jp.
The thing i know for sure it's that the shipping is always DHL and will always pass the customs to italy.
I opened my account two weeks ago. On the last friday evening a placed a legit order of a few euros to make some history to the account and it already is in transit to my house.

What method do you suggest to use in this case? I already informed myself in chat with them for a return process and from what they said i did understand that the dhl carrier come to pick the return so i think a modified return label is out of question (and it pass the customs to japan too, i don't want to run the risk of they find some incongruencies).

For the verification to receipt the watch... i truly don't know but in about two or three days i'm receiving the legit order of a few euros (that is a small wristwatch too) and so i will realize. But i think it's a simple delivery so no otp or other security measure.
One thing, is that this morning i received a email from dhl that i have to fill with my fiscal code (id code) to clear customs (i hope it make sense in english, sorry)

Initially i thought the same thing, but after reading some thread here on sinisterly i'm a little bit scared on sending another watch to them.
And i noticed there are not so many instruction for jp domain, that seems unlinked from other amz domains. Contrary to european/american domain this domain required a new registration, instead of others that you can access with same credentials, so i don't know how they behave with this situations

Two years ago i tried to dna nike and ups carrier started to call me and i ended to abort the metod and to return legit the shipping.

By the way, i think i'll place a second legit order on amz jp because it's a few euros object i need and then i'll proceed to buy the order to dna.
One last question. In the case the object is sold from a seller and shipped from amz jp it's the same thing?

The driver has no right to contact you asking questions, nor are you obligated to answer them.

If It happens again, Ignore him and If his behavior Is repeated, report him to the police for harassment.

The problem with last question is that everything is written in japanese and i truly cannot understand this. Setting the language of the site on english is translating everything except seller informations.

Sure, in addiction until my effective order to se i hope the watch get sold and shipped from amzjp.
But i wonder if a package sold by a third and ship from amazon did not arrive... the seller is not covered by some sort of amazon assurance?
