Hey what's up, I've still been working on this since I made the thread still, and I was going to make a new thread but here's the update in better detail now as of May 28:

>bought 911-S5 proxies for PC cuz was told commercial VPN's rlly suck for SE
>got Revolut acc verified and changed address to that of proxy and put money in
>bought virtual phone # AND MADE SURE AREA CODE WAS ACCURATE FOR THIS BILLING ADDRESS (if that's even necessary)
>using new email and name
>put billing address in the order as a random house in proxy city area
>made sure proxy was on, browser (Chrome) recognized proxy and shows proxy location, not my own
>90% proxy anonymity
>also used disposable virtual card on REVOLUT app for this order (Airpods from Staples)

Orders are still being cancelled..
I feel like I'm missing something on how billing addresses and the proxies and Revolut work with each other and how the billing address is considered "valid" to the retailer for the orders to go thru. It's literally just the BA every cancellation.

@knucklehead513 OP i suggest you to keep your BANK ACCOUNT same, just change your card. Go to your banker tell you lost of broke your card. Block previous ie current card which has been blocked by merchnat & get your bank to issue you a new card? Try that may be? I did the same, but not with amazon with another Indian e-comm giant ie flipkart; not as big as AMZ but pretty decent sized company, and somehow i was able to order again with my SAME FLIPKART ID them using the NEW DEBIT ISSUED ON SAME BANK ACCOUNT!
Still i will suggest you gather more info-research a little more before you proceed!

Compare the above list with your previous account(s), and make sure "each and every detail" has been changed, device Included.

Also, be sure there's no mismatch of Information - which Is a significant contributor to orders being cancelled.

Device? i only have one pc and phone tho.

I also found that in order to change billing address on Revolut then I just need to change personal address, then I did that, and the order still got cancelled
what's the point of the proxies if they don't do anything to help change and validate billing address? (asides from online privacy)
