Planning on doing DNA
Any thing that uses a simcard to connect to the mobile network can be blacklisted, and you won't be able to use the mobile signal
It will still work perfectly on the wifi though
So i should get a unlocked phone ? And it can’t be blacklisted?

Yes, anything without a SIM card present, so nothing with cellular/data

It can, but It doesn't mean It will.
However In certain regions, Amazon Is blacklisting devices.
